1. Who we are
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mira (the “Service”), an astrology and self-reflection web application available at pocketchronicle.ru and related pages. The Service is operated as an independent project (“Mira”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at support@pocketchronicle.ru.
By using the Service, completing a quiz, or submitting your email address, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. You must be 18 or older
The Service is intended only for adults. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at support@pocketchronicle.ru and we will delete it.
3. What Mira is — and is not
Mira provides astrological content for entertainment, reflection, and personal enjoyment. Readings, teasers, horoscopes, and any messages we generate are created with the assistance of artificial intelligence and are offered for entertainment purposes only.
Mira is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing we provide constitutes — and you should not rely on it as — medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Astrological content has no proven predictive power and should be treated as entertainment.
If you are struggling emotionally or in crisis, please seek help from a qualified professional or a crisis line in your country. In the United States you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Mira is not an emergency service and cannot provide crisis support.
4. AI-generated content
Readings and other personalized content are produced using AI language models (including models from Anthropic and OpenAI). AI output may be inaccurate, generic, or occasionally inappropriate despite our safeguards. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or originality of any AI-generated content. You use it at your own discretion.
5. Your submissions
When you use the Service you may provide information such as your birth date, an optional birth place and time, the focus of your question, and your email address. You confirm that the information you provide is your own (or that you have the right to provide it) and that you will not submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
6. Email communications
If you provide your email address, we will send you the reading you requested and related follow-up messages. If you opt in to marketing, we may also send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing support@pocketchronicle.ru. Transactional messages necessary to deliver a reading you requested may still be sent.
7. No payment at this stage
The Service does not currently charge for readings. Any references to paid plans are part of the product experience and do not represent a current charge. If we introduce paid features in the future, separate terms and clear pricing will apply before any payment is taken.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; access other users’ data; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, text, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content generated for you is provided for your personal use.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on astrological or AI-generated content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
